BIO
Tricia is a graduate of Temple University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2002. Tricia then attended Widener University School of Law, obtaining her Juris Doctorate in 2005. While at Widener, Tricia was a member of the Women’s Law Caucus and a part of the Trial Advocacy Program.
CAREER
During her third year of law school, Tricia was an intern with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, where she handled preliminary hearings at the District Court throughout the County. Following her graduation from Widener, Tricia was hired as an Assistant District Attorney with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. While an Assistant District Attorney, Tricia successfully prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony cases.
Following her time at the District Attorney’s Office, Tricia joined Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC, where she defended physicians, hospital, nursing homes and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice lawsuits and general liability matters, gaining extensive experiences in all phases of the litigation process. Tricia joined MacMain Leinhauser in May, 2013.
