BIO

After graduating from Temple University in 2014, Matthew worked at JH Specialties, Inc., a family-owned business, for five years and later becoming the inventory control and warehouse manager. Matthew began his legal education at Widener University Law School’s Delaware Campus in 2019. During the summer after his 2L year, he interned at Sklar law, LLC, where he primarily drafted motions to enforce stipulations. During his 3L year, he interned at Delaware Law’s Veterans Law Clinic. As an intern, he worked under a supervising attorney in drafting documents, legal research, client interviews, and consultations. Matthew graduated law school in May 2022 and passed the July 2022 bar exam.

Matthew joined MacMain Leinhauser in January 2023. Matthew provides frontline support to the firm’s partners and is responsible for a wide variety of civil rights, employment and commercial litigation matters, including conducting research, preparing motions and briefs, document discovery and interviewing clients and witnesses.
