BIO
Brian is a graduate of Drexel University – Thomas R. Kline School of Law. Prior to his graduation in 2011, Brian interned with Philadelphia City Councilperson Curtis Jones, where he presented constituents’ positions at Zoning Board of Adjustment hearings. During his internship, Brian also assisted in drafting and researching proposed legislation. Additionally, Brian volunteered at the Pennsylvania SeniorLAW Helpline, a confidential telephone service that provides free legal advice and information to elderly Pennsylvania residents in need of assistance. In the eight years leading up to his admittance to the bar, Brian worked as a paralegal and law clerk at a boutique personal injury firm in Philadelphia.
CAREER
After graduating law school in 2011, Brian continued at the boutique personal injury firm in Philadelphia as a litigation associate. He adeptly represented plaintiffs in Pennsylvania and New Jersey covering a broad spectrum of personal injury litigation matters. This experience encompassed cases involving motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, civil rights, premises liability, industrial accidents, product liability, and sexual assault claims. In addition to these core responsibilities, Brian handled various ancillary cases including administrative, criminal, family law, real estate, entertainment, employment discrimination, and defense matters. This diverse exposure further enriched his legal proficiency. Throughout this period, Brian acquired substantial experience in the litigation process. Brian joined MacMain Leinhauser in September of 2023.
