MacMain and Leinhauser Named Super Lawyers

MacMain and Leinhauser Named Super Lawyers  (June 14, 2014)

David MacMain was named a 2014 Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the field of Civil Rights, and Brian Leinhauser was named a 2014 Pennsylvania Rising Star in the field of Labor and Employment. This is the ninth year David has received this honor, and fourth year that Brian has been honored.  Super Lawyers selects attorneys using a multiphase selection process in which peer nominations and evaluations are combined with third party research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis and represents the top 5% of all lawyers in a given practice field. The selection process for the Rising Stars list is the same as the Super Lawyers selection process, with one exception: to be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less. Only 2.5% of eligible lawyers are selected as Rising Stars.
