Managing Partner David J. MacMain, Esq. has concentrated his practice on the defense and legal counseling of public entities, public officials, and educational institutions in various civil rights, tort, and employment claims for over 30 years. Partner Brian H. His employment law experience includes representing public and private entities, both as insurance defense counsel and privately retained, in labor relations, collective bargaining negations, employment discrimination claims, internal investigations, general litigation matters, and more.
