Janelle Fulton has over 20 years of experience successfully defending municipal and civil rights claims against public entities and public officials, enforcing restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and employment agreements; and defending against claims of wrongful termination, constructive termination, discrimination, and defamation before federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, Florida, New York and Alabama, as well as the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Janelle also devotes a significant portion of her practice to counseling and advising clients on a wide range of employment-related and data privacy issues.
Janelle is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named a “Pennsylvania Super Lawyer” each of the past 10 years.
While in law school, Janelle served as a legal extern for the Honorable Louis H. Pollack, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and also worked as a legal intern in the United States Attorney’s Office.
