David J. MacMain, Esq. and Brian H. Leinhauser, Esq. Selected to the 2023 Super Lawyers List

MacMain Leinhauser PC is honored to announce that David J. MacMain, Esq. and Brian H. Leinhauser, Esq. have been named to the 2023 Pennsylvania Super Lawyers list.

Managing Partner David J. MacMain, Esq. has concentrated his practice on the defense and legal counseling of public entities, public officials, and educational institutions in various civil rights, tort, and employment claims for over 30 years. He provides defense and legal guidance to clients in cases alleging police misconduct, zoning and land use, sexual harassment, discrimination, hazing, licensing, First Amendment, prison-based, employment, and workplace claims. He also serves as Solicitor to the Chester County Sheriff’s Office and West Chester Borough Civil Service Commission, and counsels and advises law enforcement agencies and correctional facilities on various issues, including policies and operations. David has defended claims all over the country as lead or oversight counsel, has successfully tried over 150 jury trials to verdict, and is a frequent speaker both locally and nationally on civil rights, law enforcement, corrections, employment, trial skills, and law practice management. David is a member of DRI, FDCC and ADTA, and is rated AV Preeminent 5.0 out of 5.0 by Martindale-Hubbell. David was first selected to the Super Lawyers list in 2004, and he has been selected each year since 2006.

Partner Brian H. Leinhauser, Esq. focuses his practice on labor and employment matters, school law, civil rights, business advising, non-profit formation and representation, and general litigation matters. His employment law experience includes representing public and private entities, both as insurance defense counsel and privately retained, in labor relations, collective bargaining negations, employment discrimination claims, internal investigations, general litigation matters, and more. Brian skillfully represents clients in defense of discrimination and harassment cases, administrative agency complaints filed with state and federal agencies, employment contract disputes, employee benefits litigation, heart and lung issues, Wage Payment Collection Act disputes, and FLSA collective actions.

Additionally, has spoken at several conferences and seminars on best employment practices, sexual tort litigation involving schools and non-profit entities, and has assisted in disciplinary investigations and Title IX and VII enforcement and special education matters. Brian has been selected to the Super Lawyers list each year since 2017.
