MacMain Appointed as Solicitor for the Chester County Sheriff’s Office
David MacMain was appointed by newly-elected Chester County Sheriff, Fredda Maddox, to serve as Solicitor to her new administration. MacMain stated that “I am honored to assist Sheriff Maddox as she takes office in these historic times, and with bold new ideas for her office.” Sheriff Maddox appointed Kevin Dykes – former Chief County Detective for Chester County – to serve as her Chief Deputy Sheriff. Sheriff Maddox, Chief Deputy Dykes and Solicitor MacMain all served together as State Troopers at the Avondale, Chester County Station.
Association of Defense Trial Attorneys
David MacMain was invited, and admitted to the Association of Defense Trial Attorneys. ADTA invites only one defense trial attorney to be its prime member per one million in population for each city, town, or municipality across the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, France, The United Kingdom of Great Britain, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. An ADTA prime membership is, in essence, a statement of the high regard in which that defense trial attorney is held by his or her peers in the defense trial bar of their city and state or province. David, who has tried over 150 civil trials, and presents and speaks on trial and pre-trial issues, is honored to be a member of this prestigious professional organization.
